1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PostDrip ("the Service"), operated at postdrip.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

PostDrip is an AI-powered social media content generation and auto-publishing service. The Service uses artificial intelligence to create customized social media posts for your business and can automatically publish them to your connected social media accounts on a daily schedule. We use various third-party AI and infrastructure providers to deliver the Service, and we reserve the right to change, add, or replace these providers at any time without notice.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use PostDrip
  • You must own or have authorization to manage the social media accounts you connect to PostDrip
  • You must have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of your business, if applicable

4. Account Registration

To use PostDrip, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Keep your account credentials confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

5. Subscription and Billing

Pricing: PostDrip costs $29 per month per AI agent. Each agent manages content for one business. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Free Trial: New users receive a 3-day free trial. A $1 card verification charge is made during trial signup to verify your payment method. This charge is refunded if you cancel before the trial ends.

Billing Cycle: After your free trial, your subscription renews automatically on a monthly basis. You will be charged at the start of each billing cycle.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to have access until then. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment processor. PostDrip does not store your credit card details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PostDrip to:

  • Generate or publish spam, misleading, or deceptive content
  • Violate any social media platform's terms of service, community standards, or policies
  • Promote illegal products, services, or activities
  • Publish content that is hateful, discriminatory, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable
  • Impersonate another person or business
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract the source code, algorithms, or data of our Service
  • Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair PostDrip or interfere with other users
  • Use the Service to generate content for resale or to operate a competing service
  • Circumvent any rate limits, access controls, or security measures

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms immediately and without prior notice. Violation of these terms may result in permanent ban from the Service without refund.

7. AI-Generated Content

Nature of Content: PostDrip uses third-party artificial intelligence models to generate social media posts based on your business information and preferences. The AI models are provided by third-party vendors and are not developed or controlled by PostDrip. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, inappropriate material, or content that does not align with your brand or expectations.

Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and publishing content generated by PostDrip. By enabling auto-publish, you accept full responsibility for all content published to your social media accounts through our Service, including any consequences that may arise from such content.

No Guarantees: We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, original, appropriate for your audience, compliant with any laws or regulations, or effective in achieving your marketing goals. We do not guarantee any specific level of engagement, reach, or business results from using our Service. Content quality may vary and is subject to the capabilities and limitations of the underlying AI models.

Content Review: We strongly recommend reviewing all generated content before it is published. PostDrip is not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from AI-generated content that is published without adequate review.

8. Social Media Platform Integration

By connecting your social media accounts to PostDrip, you:

  • Grant PostDrip permission to publish posts and images to your connected accounts
  • Confirm that you are an authorized administrator of the accounts you connect
  • Understand that PostDrip will access your accounts through official platform APIs using the permissions you authorize
  • Accept that third-party platforms may change their APIs, policies, or terms at any time, which may affect PostDrip's ability to publish on your behalf

You may revoke PostDrip's access at any time by disconnecting your accounts from the PostDrip dashboard or through the respective platform's settings. PostDrip is not responsible for any actions taken by social media platforms regarding your accounts, including but not limited to account restrictions, suspensions, or content removal.

9. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content generated by PostDrip for your business. You are free to use, modify, and distribute the generated content as you see fit. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring such content does not infringe on any third-party rights.

Our Service: PostDrip, its name, logo, design, software, and all underlying technology are the property of PostDrip and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PostDrip, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Content generated by or published through the Service on your behalf
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Any claim by a third party related to content published to your social media accounts through PostDrip

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • PostDrip is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement
  • We are not liable for any content published to your social media accounts through our Service
  • We are not liable for any loss of reach, engagement, followers, revenue, or business opportunities
  • We are not liable for any actions taken by social media platforms regarding your accounts
  • We are not liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material in AI-generated content
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to PostDrip in the 3 months preceding the claim

12. Termination and Data Deletion

By You: You may cancel your subscription and request deletion of your account at any time. See our Data Deletion page for instructions.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, fail to pay subscription fees, or if we discontinue the Service.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately. Posts already published to your social media accounts will remain on those platforms — PostDrip cannot remove previously published content. No refunds will be provided for termination resulting from a violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of PostDrip after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of PostDrip shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
