Request Data Deletion
How to request removal of your PostDrip account and all associated data.
This action is irreversible
Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Please make sure you want to proceed before submitting a deletion request.
What Gets Deleted
When we process your deletion request, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your account and profile information (name, email, password)
- All AI agents and their configurations
- All scheduled and published post records
- All stored Facebook Page access tokens
- Generated images from cloud storage
- Active subscriptions (cancelled via Stripe)
How to Request Deletion
Send an Email
Email privacy@postdrip.io with the following:
- Subject line: Data Deletion Request
- Include: The email address you used to sign up for PostDrip
We will verify your identity, process your request, and confirm deletion within 30 days.
Important Notes
- Published posts remain on Facebook: PostDrip cannot delete content already published to your Facebook Page. You can delete those posts directly from your Facebook Page.
- Revoking Facebook access: To immediately stop PostDrip from accessing your Facebook Page, visit your Facebook Business Integrations settings and remove PostDrip.
- Stripe records: While we cancel your subscription and remove your Stripe customer ID from our system, Stripe may retain transaction records as required by financial regulations.
